Weber State University Housing welcomes currently enrolled WSU students, including first-year students, returning students, and graduate students. Priority is given to students who live more than 30 miles from campus. Contact our housing office for specific eligibility details.

Your housing fee covers your furnished room, high-speed internet, utilities, access to community amenities including study lounges and laundry facilities, and participation in community programming. Meal plan options are available separately through our dining partners.

Yes! If you have a friend you'd like to live with, you can indicate that on your housing application. Our team will do our best to accommodate roommate preferences. If you don't have a preferred roommate, we can match you based on lifestyle preferences and compatibility surveys.

Move-in typically occurs during the first week of each semester, with specific dates announced each academic year. Move-out occurs at the end of the spring semester. Detailed move-in instructions, including check-in times and packing guidelines, are sent to all confirmed residents before the start of each term.

You can submit maintenance requests through our online housing portal, by calling our maintenance line at (801) 626-7275, or by visiting the housing office in person during business hours. Urgent issues such as plumbing or heating problems are prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible.
